500g of mascarpone (17.637 Ounces)
200ml of fresh cream (3/4 to one cup)
100g of icing sugar (1/2 cup or 3.55 ounces)
1 pack of pavesini
300 gr of strawberries (11 ounces)
50ml of milk (1/4 cup)
In a bowl, whip 4 strawberries and add the milk.
Cover a plum cake pan with plastic film. In the meantime cut the strawberries into cubes and mix them together with a couple of tablespoons of sugar.
Soak the pavesins in the strawberry and milk mixture and put them on the sides and on the base of the pan.
